My name is Laurel and I will hold a safe space for you to relax and tell your story. Mindfully I curiously seek to understand your lived experiences. I use EMDR, somatic awareness, breath, art, kindness, and humor in sessions, on-line or in person. Therapy doesn't have to be hard, painful or exhausting.
